Okay, I understand all this handicapped stuff.

I just need a way to influence my mom to do it.
Like, telling her what good it can be used for and all that jazz.

I think it's probably a better idea to just get a little more independent. I don't care how old you are your mother has nothing to do with this and she should know it.

Yes, I would delete it, and I would have other admins there (hopefully) whenever I'm not.
Ones that I would trust not to disobey my rules.

well, I think you should find some people, (aunts,uncles,cousins,) who have used paypal, and have had no problems.

My family is not based around internet.
At all.
I doubt many of them have heard of PayPal, much less used it.
