Since you're doing this client-sided as well you have full control to start or stop sounds:
alxPlay
alxStop
Correct. And those are the functions I've used.
So wait? Just so i get thing clear, this is an event that plays a certain music? For an example. Say i want someone to listen to the stress music in a TDM, i could set it to where if they chose a gun or something it would also play music to the player like the BG Music?
(So i can technically have the whole server listen to music wail they DM?)
Let's say you're making an RPG.
You could use the zone events to make a zone cover a town, and have peaceful music playing, but when they enter the zone covering the forest, you could have different music playing.
So basically this is background music, client-sided so only you can hear it, unless the events used trigger other music?
It's client-sided music controlled by the server.
I bet people will start abusing this.
They could already abuse sounds, but much worse.
If they use this to abuse, it's just one song playing.
If they don't use this, they can loop every song they have on the server to your client.
