Okay so I let one of my best friend's borrow Black Ops, well he accidentally left it at this 16 year old friend's house who has been in trouble with the cops many times and has also been on house arrest before. He denies to give me my game back. I told my mom and she's warned him many times. He has said he will give it back but all my friends have told me that he is lieng / he's going to break it. Well my mom is going to go to the cops about it soon if we don't get it back soon. Since he's already said that he's giving it back, he can't turn back now, and if he breaks it, we will take him to court. Did I mention he's also forgeted because he's been with the cops many time before?
