I've been interested in buying a laptop thats pretty good for gaming and such. I need suggestions!

Also, it needs to be under 500$

Oh then you can't have a gaming laptop.
Sorry.

Nope.
I'm not sure you can build a good laptop for that cheap, either.

Really? Wow.

Only the ones that are for basic reasons. You could get a crappy Emachines laptop, but I would recommend to save up. Anything under 500 dollars isn't good for anything but basic uses.

Hmm...well I do have like 4,000$ saved up, but I'm to lazy to spend a quarter of that xD

There is no way to build a laptop and actually save money. It always costs more to make a lappy

This.
I tried to build my own laptop, not only would it have been huge as hell, but the cost was insane. That's why I ended up going for an M11x.

If you seriously had that kind of money, and you seriously wanted a good laptop, you'd buy and M11/5/7x.
So either you're lying.
Or you don't want one that badly.

If he seriously had that kind of money, I would tell him to stay the hell away from buying a laptop, it'd be too big and bulky to actually be portable, and to just build a godly desktop PC.

But, I'm doubting that he does.

You don't buy a gaming laptop so that you can take it places.
You buy a gaming laptop so you can use it wherever you want in the house.
