I'm a modeler, I need a small bit of practice, and then I'll be ready. I'm also going to learn animation, but I can't decide whether I should audition or not.
I tend to put stuff things way too much, too. So I really don't want to let anyone down.

Acctually I'm proabably not going to hire that many people, and anyways more importantly every one who helps will get credit for what they did.
