I have images to support me.

See, here's the problem, i was hosting a Minecraft server, i tried to connect and I couldn't, i portforwarded. How do I know? It used to work. I went to check my firewall, it is turned off.

This all started happening when my IP suddenly changed

I changed my port for mincraft from 94 to 132, same problem, can't connect

I'm pretty sure you should port forward 25565.

i changed it from 192.168.1.94 to 192.168.1.132

same problem.

If you are using windows 7, go to your firewall by seraching it in control panel and allowing public access of all Java Binary Programs.





When connecting, don't connect to the static ip.


Connect like so:


EXTERNALIP:PORT

Use this to get the external IP

i've been doing that.

i changed it from 192.168.1.94 to 192.168.1.132

same problem.

thats not the port lol thats the IP4 number.
the 192.168.1.XXX, that last number identified your computer on the router. the internal/external numbers are the ports or port ranges.

Try 127.0.0.1 if you can't connect to your own server, if that is a problem also.
