On the matter of your membership, you don't need to re-app, seeing as you were in the original 'Navy, so welcome back. :) We got rid of the ranking system as of clan topic v3.0, so when I get a chance to edit the OP, you'll be under builders, if that's alright. I'd love to see the ships you've built, and it would be awesome to be able to put them on the server.

Yes, we're here, though we haven't been doing much lately.
I've been kind of tied up with school and my social life recently, so sorry about any reclusiveness on my part. My new addiction to Runescape doesn't help either. I've got finals this week, but after that I should be able to be more active.
