I like the attention to detail Rug, but the color scheme and general shape seem a little off. I give it a yes, mainly because you don't seem like an idiot (like "twujoin" up there) and there's some great potential in your style.

Currently the administration has 1 yes and 1 no. Unless they have a VETO vote of some sort you are in/can still get in.

I didnt get into BAN while ace was still around, but i think Ace should be leader as Xerces isn't doing anything.

Oh and I doubt my say has any difference in the matter but I think having Ace back in while Xerces is inscribe would be a good idea.
