So, on my old laptop (I used old in a descriptive way) I could set a gif as a backround and poof it would be a animated backround. So, im wondering how I could do it on this computer.

I have vista on my newer laptop, is this the reason?

As much as I've heard people complain about it being a bad OS, I had it and never really had any problems with it.
But I never tried setting an animated gif as a background.
