Nope. Second hand smoke is a mixture of the smoke he blows out of his mouth and the smoke produced by the cig. As long as the both of those are combined, you can inhale it.

Thats not how secondhand smoke works, it has to do with being around anyone who smokes a large amount of smoke, If youve been 5 feet or less away from a smoker at any point in time, or in the same house as anyone that smokes for that matter, you have probobly had very very minimal effects of second hand smoke, Also

This is why smoking is loving handicapped. Not only do smokers have to pay for it, we have to suffer as well from second hand smoke.
