I've looked through the log file, interestingly, it didn't say the line "Executing config/server/musicList.cs."

Separate boards, rules and moderation.
In comparison to some places, this place is chaotic, but there's defiantly some structure.

You have too many Music.
Disable some music then it will load.

I tried disabling all my music, didn't work.

BTW, problem fixed, Windows 7 decided it would be a good idea to set musicList.cs to read-only.
