Blonde Face (f)

Well , I have been using the default female face...
Though i disliked red hair color and blue eyes , Which seemed to clash.
But i did enjoy the "smileyBlonde" Face. So i have made a cross between both
and created a female version for the Blonde. This is my first Face / Decal / Anything.
Its not much , If anyone wants it now they can use it.
