It's just a symbol, but I wouldn't like people publicly waving around with swastikas nor hammer and sickles due to historical reasons.
The Hammer and Sickle represent soviet communism, not atrocity and genocide.

Most of the time people who claim it's about "good luck" are trolling.
I thought it was some sort of sign for prosperity.
I mean, if it wasn't why'd Riddler choose to use it?

I was just saying that I think that the Swastika stands for people who are supportive of him.
you said HEIL Riddler

i don't think it can get anymore offensive than that

How can you guys national socialist how offensive this is to some people?

The Hammer and Sickle represent soviet communism, not atrocity and genocide.
It was just an addition to stuff I don't like being waved around publicly. But talking about soviets, soviets were in some ways even worse than national socialists.

Uh, the hammer and sickle was just a symbol for the working class in communism, and was the flag of the USSR for many years.
It also has little to do with the national socialists in meaning.
forget you. that's not cool
What are you talking about, are you saying you don't like Riddler?

Except the soviets didn't commit genocide and force an entire people into camps to be overcrowded, starved, murdered, and burned. Oh and then there's that whole world conquest thing, waging war all through Europe and causing the most violent and bloody conflict the world has ever seen.

You simply cannot compare the national socialist regime to the USSR.

Hurdur?

Yeah, soviets were angels, they did nothing bad to us, only sent tens of thousands people from my country to Siberian prison camps, just because these people loved and worked for Estonia when it was unoccupied, where they died to starvation, overworking, bad living conditions.

I don't. Thinking about Riddler isn't really in mien kampfort zone.

Hurdur?
Yeah, soviets were angels, they did nothing bad to us, only sent tens of thousands people from my country to Siberian prison camps, just because these people loved and worked for Estonia when it was unoccupied, where they died, occupied this country, nothing bad.
So you now hate a symbol because of that?

The US had internment camps as well. I never said the Soviets were "angels", I said you cannot compare them to the national socialists.

So you now hate a symbol because of that?
I do not hate it, it even looks good. But it represents foreign occupation, thus I would not like to see this symbol on my soil.

That's a fair reason.

America occupies countries too at times.
Virtually all major nations do at one time or another.

This just personally affect you, so it's the case of it's kind you seem to recognize.
