JVS Doors Do Not Load and Some Make Weird Noises

I've had this problem for a while.  When I start a game, with all my JVS doors checked off in the add ons area, most load but some including most of Phyodeox's  (I'm not sure how to spell that.) and Doors Pack 2 do not load.  I tried re-installing them.  Sometimes they load and sometimes they don't.  Today I noticed, well I think its a sword sound when the content stops along with the normal sound.  I checked the events, everything was fine.  Hmm...
