Has anyone noticed this number appearing more often lately? I was playing 1 vs 100 on New Years 2010 and I remember the number of people that got this question wrong was 666. Also;

No, this has nothing to do with 2012 so shut the forget up about that. I think the 2012 apocalypse theory is bullstuff, but I do think that this number appearing more often is strange.

Oh, if you don't know about the number:

666 is stupid, it's not bad luck or a curse.

You don't believe there is a such thing as 2012?
What do we do, go from December 2011 to January 2013?

I don't get it, it's a number?

You know what I mean, smartass. The so-called apocalypse that's set to happen December 21st, 2012.

So we jump from the 20th to the 22nd?

Then you should have specifically stated that you do not believe any such apocalyptic event is going to happen in the year 2012.
Not, hurp durp I don't believe there's a such thing as a 2012.
Which should lead people to believe you're talking about the number itself.

Yeah, frogger3140's brick count was 666, the number of thumbs up in the anti-joke George Washington's resurrection number was 666, Fleskhjerta's video "Add an annotation" had 666 annotations.

All today.

So we jump from the 20th to the 22nd?

Kalphiter I thought you were smarter than this. Please re-read my post. And I don't feel like typing something that's unnecessary DrenDran, I think that since everyone's getting so stirred up about THE APOCALYPSE SET TO HAPPEN IN 2012, it's implied when I say I don't believe in 2012.

Gambling = sin, numbers on a gambling device = 666?

They're saying what a simple minded person would say.

You could just say, I don't believe the apocalypse will happen in 2012.

First of all, he's making a remark that the apocalypse should not be bound to our current calendar system, I think.
And yes, you really should be as specific as possible and actually put effort into what you say and do.
