The reason the Mayans probably didn't finish the calendar was because probably around the time they got to the year of 2012, they were invaded by Hernando Cortes and his Spanish conquistadors and the empire was destroyed.


Either that or they ran out of giant boulders.  


Also, yeah the number has been showing up frequently. Even when I'm playing my Steam games, I sometimes see over 100 people with the number 666 in their name in one sitting.

This is something PROBABLY relevant to the OP but I swear, I've been seeing Jirue's ID everywhere.

Yesterday I said 2:12 on the clock and today one of our math problems was 2.12.

BTW, we were doing decimals. so 2.12 is equivalent to 2 and 12 hundreths. :o

i believe in the 2012 thing.... our calendars will run out of space, just like the myans. then we will all be thrust into a state of panic until one brilliant mind decides to make our calendars longer...
