CoD weapons.

No this isn't another,"CoD is loving our society!" topics even though this is true.

What REALLY pisses me off is whenever I see a really cool weapon on Spike's "Deadliest Warrior" or on the Military Channel, I seem to be able to talk about it for a week before CoD comes in and puts it in one of their loving games.

So, if I even try to talk about guns or weapons with my friends, they automatically refer back to CoD.

Example: I see the ballistic knife on "Deadliest Warrior" and it looks pretty badass. Soon after here comes Black Ops.

"Hey, what I would really love to have is a ballistic knife. I saw it on TV and it looks pretty cool."
" OH YA I LUV BLACK OPS WUT LVL IZ U??" stuffty example but still.

discuss how CoD has made it impossible to talk about weapons.

CoD can put weapons in their games as they please, and they didnt make it " impossible" to talk about weapons, there's SO many other weapons in the world that are not in call of duty.

(how would you know what weapons there were if you weren't addicted to it?)

His main point is that when people here the name of a gun in CoD they think you are actually talking about CoD even though you are just talking about weapons.
