Just figured I'd do as 'others' used to do, there used to be more game development like threads active in off topic, either way, I present my creation.
Also, I'm pretty sure this can go in off topic rather than games, but if that's untrue, it can just be moved, if it must.

I might as well go ahead and say that you can find a link to the program in the thread which is linked from the description of the video which is linked in the OP.
At this point hopefully it's about as close to "posting an .exe file" as telling someone to go play any game you must download.

The element icons are expected to be made my the people who make mods.
Like burning sand or wxsand, this game is completely modifiable down to the icons.
