Here's my statement:

Women should not be allowed to have an abortion UNLESS if she was raped for instance or she has a serious medical condition OR cannot financially support the child. However, if the women is completely able to have the and willingly had loveual intercourse then she should not be allowed.

As for starfishs who make children for wellfare should just be illegal to have children to begin with.

Easy. Anyone who uses wellfare will have to have monthly checks to check if they found a job, has not had any more children, and has been trying to work for her/his own financial aid. If not, then forget em'. Drop their wellfare and confiscate the kids.
