Well, there is something that I might want to point out to you.
You need a layout. Look at the other clans, and try to develop your own style.

firstly: spend time in making a clan, this looks like it was made in 5 minutes.

secondly: you should make a logo or something for this.

thirdly: put a whitelist and a blacklist and more information on the clan.  the better the layout, the more people will want to join.
