Server Authentication Issues

Lately it seems even though I am port forwarded, my server loses it's authentication and completely disappears from the main server list and LAN network list.  So is there anyway to force it to authenticate for me via dedicated console command or something to fix this issue?

If this happens as soon as it starts up, then join it by IP. It will make it start appearing on the master server list.

If this happens in the middle of hosting, use this command:
WebCom_PostServer();
