Author Topic: High speed connection.  (Read 925 times)

Alright I got a decent gaming rig a year or so ago. The problem I have now is a slow connection. I always have a high latency in games, andnormally get kicked for it. Any suggestions for a high speed connection?

You have no idea how internet works/what latency is.

Has it always been bad, or just recently? If you're really far from the router, things could cause interference. Like for me, when I'm not near the router and the phone rings, my ping launches up to >2000ms. Try moving the router closer to your PC, or visa versa.

What the hell are you doing with a gaming computer hooked up wirelessly to the internet?

Not ping. Go be clueless somewhere else.

Slowness can effect how fast it sends the packets br0
