I remember what Blockland was like back when I first started playing two years ago. Honestly, I think the thing that sent it downhill was v14 and the ability for anyone to host. That made there be more bad servers clogging up the game, which made a lot of the good hosts leave.
I also remember when Wizard's Dogfight was good, before it switched to Tier+Tactical.

I actually played Blockland back in v0002 and the original RTB (with old school wrench events) but quit. I then picked it back up in March or May of 2008 and have been here since.

I started playing the vanilla Blockland, but learned about RTB rather quick and downloaded that. Then Retail Blockland came out, originally I wasn't going to get it, then tried the demo... All I can say is its the best $20 I've ever spent.
It used to be good, before anyone could host, sadly its really gone downhill, most of the servers really suck now.

Well yeah I know its not really a different game, it just seems like it.
There I fixed it.
