i used to have asthma and i'm not sure if it's like, an after-effect or something, but when i run for really long periods of time, i.e. the whole gym period, then i get really sore in one particular place. this place is subject to change; in around 5th-6th grade it was my hip; now it's my left ankle. i can hardly walk. it's horrible, but bearable.
also when i get really excited i get extremely out of breath and have a hard time keeping still.. i jump up and down and fidget. that sucks just about the most. and the worst part is i don't even know if it's because of my asthma or some other stuff.
