Author Topic: AfterBlock - Blockland Desktop Program [UPDATE 1.2 RELEASED]  (Read 38384 times)

The name you use when starting AfterBlock and are prompted for details should match that of your ingame username, I think he was saying... but that doesn't really make sense as far as causing an error goes.
yes, that's what I was pointing out.

SO
MANY
ERRORS

So far there have been about 6 to 7 genuine bugs reported. At this stage 4 of them have been resolved. Considering I worked on this alone, I think AfterBlock has done pretty well for a launch. It only seems bad because the initial bug was effecting a wide variety of users, it has now been resolved. Please don't dramatize everything, while there are bugs I don't like how you exaggerate the situation in such a negative way (something you have done on numerous other works too).

i have tried to registrer about 5 times already, but it still dont work :c

If you're STILL getting a startup error, the cause might be that the name you input is different than the one you wear on the BL ID. Change the BL ID nickname to the AB one, and you might get it to work. Otherwise, ask Sheath.

Why does AB need to know the name and BLID anyway?
Also, if having different names on AB and BL causes problems, that means that AB should be able to get the BL username. And if so, then it should just use the BL username, for both one input field less, and one bug less.

The event cookbook (for me) is still snake face mcgee.

The Event Cookbook is still nonfunctional for me as well. There should be nothing wrong with my IE as I recently reinstalled it.

Ive encountered my first error:

Code: [Select]
ERROR in
action number 1
of Create Event
for object sst:

Error defining and external function,

All checks turned out fine. Halp?

What were you doing prior to this error?

Turning on my computer after returning from camping.
