Spirituality is all about spirits, right? A spectral being is basically a spirit.

"Spirit" means more than one thing. Spirituality typically refers to the beliefs that a person has on the spirit, soul, body, mind, nature, and the supernatural (Amongst other things) defined through the mind. Like a belief in God or in an afterlife. Religious beliefs are the same thing, only described systematically under certain central points. And they are, of course, a part of a religion. :o
