The problem starts with the map, moves to the weapons, and then to the players.
If a DM does not work well, first look at the map.
If you can find no error (which is nigh impossible but I'll humour your ego), move to the weapons.
If you can find no error (which is equally if not more impossible considering the kind of weapons we have (i.e weapons that aren't mine)), blame the players.
I suggest mass bannings.
Overall, though, most DMs and TDMs are just carbon copies of each other with no interesting qualities and maps that vomit could be compared favorably to.
