How to make a Dedi server

I tried putting dedicated in the target in blockland properties, but it isn't working. Do I have to do it while the game is running, or what?

I tried running a dedicated server and it didn't work, it didn't appear on the server list.

Right click blockland icon>Properties>Open File Location>Dedicated.

Not dedicatedLAN though.
