How do you make a moving image in Pant.net?

Do you have several Layers and save them as a .gif or what?

First you walk up to a piece of glass, like a window, then you breath very quickly on it, taking short quick breaths and there you go! Moving fog image!

Oh, you meant Paint.net.

Ahahaha.

Why is it that when I rotate an image it turns blurry? It's at -45 degrees, why is it blurry?

You're right, smoothly, it is a little more blurry than the original image, Paint.NET has it's flaws, anyway, you're better off using Gimp or Photoshop for animations

most stuff ends up blurred if you rotate it at odd angles, even in photoshop and paintshop

Not in Inkscape, that's why i love vector art programs :D
