You need to open those ports on the UDP Protocol. I'm not sure if you're supposed to have TCP open, but somebody else can answer that.

I can only put on one at a time unless I put one for TCP and one for UDP. Do I do that? Lol.

Since nobody will respond I think you should test to see if your server is dead with just TCP open on the ports 2800-28030. If that doesn't work test on UDP 28000-28030. Finally if that doesn't work make two applications (Blockland1,Blockland2) with TCP and UDP Protocols.

Your meant to have TCP and UDP enabled so do what Bri Guy Said and do it again but with the other one opened.

I'm still unable to host as well, but if both TCP and UDP are open is that a problem?
Should you name it Blockland.exe, Blockland, or Blockland1?
