My gun akimbo is only showing one gun but it still shoots a bullet from the gun that is there and the left hand... Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Go into 3rd person.

No, I noticed this with bots so I tryed the weapons out myself. The left gun is completely gone.

Most likely is that the specific line of code that puts the gun in your left hand is broken.
