Falling through clouds

Well, I'm making a new movie and was wondering if anybody could make like clouds flying up fast so it looks like anybody in the center is falling.

If anybody could do this, I could finish my newest video and you'd be a great help.

I had uninstalled Adobe After Effects but I guess I can reinstall it :/

That would be great and like, I'm standing in middle of screen and clouds are shooting up really fast to make it look like I'm falling.
