Where the forget are you getting your information? It does nothing of the sort. In fact, 95%+ of development on TBM died out by Retails launch. It's a ghost town, and was since then. The real developers abandoned it for the most part. How the hell could it break Blockland Retail, and why would they?

But if any of you are actually still interested, I know there's an archive with a lot of crap for it. 1.045 is the version of RTB for v0002. It's not some newer version.

The Blockland most people knew before Retail was Blockland v0002, a beta.  People created individual Add-Ons to it. Eventually, people packed up specific Add-Ons into Mods, such as BLM, AiO, TBM, RTB, etc. To my understanding, although I didn't keep track of version numbers, v1.045 was the last version of RTB released before being made for Retail's launch.

Seriously, you're loving handicapped. How many times do I have to say this or things in relation to this?

Also note I'm using "Add-On" since 1: You'd understand that. 2: I don't remember what we used to call them...
