Probably not... My reason for this is because you are new and people would probably just flame you because your clan would most likely be low quality, please, for the sake of god do not make another stuffty clan... like this game needs them anyway. -.-

But thanks for the comment, now I know why nobody will let me into their clan, and I'm not new, I've had this game for some  odd years, I just stopped playing it because i decided that i needed a break from computer games.

There are 9003 clans in the game. If you're going to make one, you should try to make it unique. If you need help making a good clan topic, Check out this site. Also try to make images for each of the sections. Like an image of a polished up "About", per se. Good luck, if you plan on making one.
