OPTIMUS PRIME + MUENSTER = loving SCARY


Any cheese that melts well or tastes good (e.x: Mozzarella, Cheddar, swiss, provolone, Meunster. etc.)

There aren't many cheese I've encountered and not liked. I'm especially fond of Ricotta on most homemade pizzas. Swiss is good on almost all sandwiches. Monterey Jack and pepperjack are good straight up and on most salty things. Also good on sammiches.

I've had smoked Gouda a few times, that stuff is deck.

Meunster, provolone, mozerella, colby jack, monterey jack, pepper jack

Sometimes, I dream about cheeeese.

It just had to be said.

Cheddar, the older the better.

This store in Wisconsin sells 10 year old cheddar that is so awesome, it's making my mouth water just thinking of it.
