No. No person has a legitimate relationship before high school, because kids in middle school simply haven't developed psychological and social skills needed for them to function. Building relationships with girls in Middle School is essential for your development through High School (knowing and befriending cute girls in Middle School can lead to relationship opportunities in the future, for example), however.
