My application for SPRIO,
Its a futuristic themed military base, I only did interior for the towers because I'm horrid when it comes to interior and it's hard to mess up a tower interior. The base is based off this picture, by eRe4s3r.

I think I was there when you voted in Big Brother but I was multitasking, I remember the majority part but I was still wondering if there needed to be something like a five vote minimum or something of that sort.

Nah.
It's a majority thing.
If some of the clan members don't vote, it doesn't matter.
If only one person votes, then their choice is the verdict.
And if five thousand people vote, then whatever is more common wins.

Unless I decide otherwise.
After we get some more members, we'll have another admin, maybe two.
Then the admins will all have the final decision.
