Author Topic: I can't access any admin features on Windows 7 :( (Read 623 times)

I made it so every account is a normal user so I could avoid typing in the password when I want to download something, but now whenever I try to download anything or access the User Controls, it tells me to enter an admin password but there's no place to enter it. Do I need to reinstall or is there another way?

dude you lucky on windows 7 you can create a admin account with a normal account

I'm not sure if what he said is true but if you can boot into safe mode that'll unlock a hidden admin account. I believe that you enter it by tapping F5 on the startup but I'm not sure.

Repeatedly press F8 on startup until a menu appears.

Edit, Didn't read the topic (silly me :P)
uhhh you have to get the password and open up the control panel and then do what you want to and put the pass in and press always allow..
