I have a question about the computer program Paint (not to be confused with Paint.Net)

Can you make things transparent with Paint? If so, how do you do this?

You cant do transparent things in Paint.
You can do transparent things in Paint.net.

Get Snagit Editor 7, its easy and you can make transparent stuff on it =D

Use gimp its better than paint.net

Not necessary.

Paint.NET is a bit easier to use than GIMP and has a friendlier interface.

If yo uwant to I suggest using both.
