I'm a very slow builder

I've got a project that i'm working on and so far, after 4 weeks I have built only fences around a fort.

I can't seem to sit down and just build. Any advice?

The spawns are for some in game enemies.

What are you doing? Aiming at the place, and click planting? I can make that fence in 5 minutes.
Use the numberpad (default I believe) or whatever you use to move the bricks, and make one fence section, then get the duplicator and dup the heck out of the place, cover one side with the fence, dup the baseplate, and go around, and your done. That would take, 5 minutes or so, not 4 weeks. I can build a REAL Fence withen 4 weeks. Man Yo is slow.

Dude, it's not his building style, the problem is that he can't FOCUS on building.

We all do. Try to simply invite some helpers. It can be tempting to try a solo project, but your friends can keep you sane.

I have never embarked on a large project, and I'm a suckish builder, cause I can only build small things.

Well then, try simply eliminating distractions (this may be tricky with siblings, but witty, angry comments do that quite nicely).

Most people have good enough computers so they won't lag. If people do lag from that, then it's time they get a new computer.
