If you live in an area with lots of snow, find a hill and buy a snowboard (a cheap one costs around $10-20). It's extremely fun.

I have issues with stress relief as well. :L

I figured out journaling occasionally helps but then for some reason I never know what to write about and then the stress doesn't go away, or then, I end up like you and can't bring myself to consistently do it.

yeah, in the beginning, whats her face gets out of the car and she's holding a loving cactus. it shouldn't be funny, but me and my friend laughed for the whole movie about it.
