Also, mods should be responsible and mature enough to show a little restraint and not do things like that. Attacking Kalph's server was extremely irresponsible and immature.

The server is located in germany and according to their law, hacking a computersystem is like breaking into a house (the same crime).

I believe Kalphiter reported them to their ISP, but if Ephialtes can't be trusted to not attack a server just because the protection is bad, he shouldn't be trusted as a mod.

how about a plea to badspot by PM. explain to him why ephi is a piece of stuff. his thoughts are the only ones that matter anyways.

If I ran a business and had an employee at a counter working the till, they would have to be respectful of customers. If when he finished their shift, he went to the houses of people who were at the shop and threw eggs at their house, I would fire them, because what they do out of work reflects who they work for.

ephi is indifferent to all his crap. but kalph crosses the line and gets his thing hidden, and you actually believe hes abusing power to save his reputation or something.

what you guys need to understand already, is ephi dont give a forget who knows he did this. that's not even slightly the issue. if anything, hes proud of it. hes just to big a man to brag about it. im sure off the forum he will tell you all about the silly shenanigans, and not think twice about kalphs hurt feelings.

I think the smarter way for Kalphiter to go about doing this would be to notify the proper authorities. (If what Ephi did was actually illegal)

forum community =/= game community. bannings dont work that way. they dont even have the same rules, nor do those rules apply crossed over.

what ephi did  wasnt even breaking game rules. that wouldn't qualify a ID banning, or forum demodding, or any acknowledgment from badspot at all.

if kalph wants to insist some huge illegal thing went down, then let him deal with it properly.
because apparently he did, and it went nowhere.
