Author Topic: Jailbroken Ipod 4th gen; some things not working  (Read 1487 times)

I do not know why. Keyboard themes are not working, i install them (I have winter/summer board), and then respring.

nothing happens.

Same with almost everything except fonts. I used greenpois0n to jalbreak it, and it was successful. I am using cydia.

Problem resolved, but not locking for awhile.

Keyboard themes don't work for some reason, they don't work for me or any of my friends who have jailbroken devices, so don't worry about that. You may want to do a restore and then re-jailbreak it just to reset everything back to factory defaults and start with a fresh iOS install. After you've done this, I can give you a list of very helpful apps to download and install from Cydia.

Oh. Nice to know.

I have reset it but it will restore all my non-jailbreak apps back from a backup.

Okay, that's fine, let me know when you've re-jailbroken it.

Isthere any way to de-jailbreak an Ipod? It's giving me problems with in-app purchases.

go to itunes and do a factory reset. if you have synced the Ipod, it will restore from the backup with no jailbreak.

Thx

So, would you like for me to give you some suggestions for apps to download from Cydia?

Some themes don't work for iPod/iPhone/iPad/iWistuffDidn'tCost2MillionBucks 4G, mostly because of its higher resolution.  If anything, it's Apple's fault.

If you're talking about keyboard themes, they also didn't work back when I had my 1G Touch.
