We apologize for the inconvenience. but windows did not start successfully.
A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.

If your comouter stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose last known good configuration to revert the most recent settings that worked.

If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the power or reset button was pressed, or if you arent sure what caused the problem, choose start windows normally.

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)

Start Windows Normally

Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choise)

What i have done:

Safe Mode - Fail
Safe Mode with Networking - Fail
Safe Mode with Command Prompt - Fail
Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked) - Fail
Start Windows Normally - Fail

After I choose one of those options, it loads the system crap in the sys32 folder then stops after loading "mug.sys"
Then I get BSoD.

What the hell is going on here?

I had this before.

You're between a rock and a hard place, go into safe mode and back up everything you want, because you need to perform a complete hard drive wipe.

Then just do a complete hard drive wipe, if it won't start you should just go and do the wipe, because you can't get anything off.

You're screwed if you need something off of it.

Insert OS repair disk.
Follow instructions.
????
Profit.

Its a crappy mini notebook laptop.
It doesnt do ANYTHING when  start it up, that black screen shows up with the problem that occured.
The laptop doesnt read CD's, Just SD cards.
I cant do a wipe because, the loving thing is handicapped. I cant do stuff right now.

ASUS EeePC?

If you can't do a wipe you should go and buy a new one, because you can't fix it.
