Why do you need permission to modifiy an add-on?
The purpose of Add-ons is the ability to modify and share it.
The need of so called "permission" is the reason why so many add-ons are private.

How would you feel that you make a (eventually) good [insertitemhere] in your life, then someone takes it from you, changes a tiny bit of it then releases it to the world community, without putting your name. The OP does not include the name at least, it only includes "credit to whoever made it".

Plus if you check the OP you see it's EDITED.

Space Guy didn't actually have a direct role in creating it but I used coding that he created.


Way to go, you replaced the 1812 overture that the actual RYNO V plays in the game it came from with random bad song. This is the kind of thing you don't release; it takes absolutely no effort to do. Additionally, you didn't even bother to find out who made the mod in the first place. This is what I'd expect of someone who wants fame without putting in any effort.
