About 10 minutes ago I was discussing about my ancestry with my dad. I asked if there was any people really important. My dad said "Yes". I asked him to go to a page in our family book about some people. I saw alot of people, like, Griffin Buchanan Howard (Found Gashon, Alabama), Charles Edwin Howard (Few a bomber in World War 2), and most importantly,...

King Henry VIII!

Damn was I happy. He told me there was alot other people, to many to list. That moment, I was extremely happy. Seriously, no joke. I'm still pretty proud of me.

He's a fatty

And he started the Anglican Church...

And was a sore loser at croquet.

He killed all his wives for not giving him males.

He killed all his wives for not giving him males.
Ogod, that is mean.

Do some research before stating that you're related to one of the stufftier kings of England?

Yeah, I'm doing that right now. Anyways, I'm sure my dad wouldn't lie to me, or mistaken.

Attention whoring detected.

Damnit, cant find anything really good. Though I'm still sure my ancestors are right.

Does anyone else know of a really good ancestry research website or something?

"stufftier King of England" - Frees the country from the essentially tyranical control of the Catholic Church.
Pretty much the start of the end of the middle ages. When the Kings and Queens were massively influential. In fact, the Tudors actually changed the country and progressed it a lot.
No, the two don't go together.

Do you have a sourced ancestory tree leading back to Henry VIII?
And if you are related, t's probably through a fairly indirect way.
There are hundreds and thousands of people all around the world who are related in someway or another to the English Monarchy.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you shair this relation with a lot of other people.
Bare in mind he was alive 464 years ago. That leaves a lot of wiggle room for all sorts of relations and generations.

He killed all his wives for not giving him males.
And that's bad how...?

Well that's nice. :D

I'm proud to say I'm not related to any English Monarchs. C:

I am related to no one famous. But a lot of my family have been in news papers. Even in some of the first ones my families won writing competitions n' stuff.
