Tier Tactical not working on RTB

Ok, I reinstalled BL, And I redownloaded T+T.
But! The links on BL Forums head staright to RTB.
So I went on Mod Manager, And downloaded
But the Classic A and B rifle have no Projectiles
Nor do I have Magnum, Semi Auto Mag, Combat Knife.

Please help or post a BL Forum Link to T+T

Oh and I also dont have Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle.
And on Addon list, The T+T is in groups.
You know how they divide them like Vehicles/Weapons/Bricks/Events you know?
Well it says Groups - T+T

sounds like a bad addon.
Give me a complete list of the addons that you have, and I'll try to point out the disruptor.

Magnums: Required to have the tank, and the tank shell projectile for usage
CMB knife: It's not supposed to have projectiles. You mean, it doesn't hurt when you slash someone?

Is tier 1 activated? (Probably is though)
