Okay i was outside with my dog and i saw this truck run by and the man stared at me But when i looked  at him he looks back on the road...I had remembered him  as my neighbor/5 minutes later when i'm playing catch with my cousin hes drivin starin at me again!Then i went to feed my chained up dog and he was staring at me through his window any tips?

take red food coloring, empty it in a microwave safe bowl, bake it in microwave for 30 minutes, scrape off the now dry stuff, and mix with a very small amount of water, draw demonic things.

Okay i took some red paint and wrote on a sign that said I KNOW YOU STALKER!
And i put it near his house :O.
