Go to an image hosting site such as Tinypic or Photobucket. Upload the picture there and gut the IMG code. Copy and paste it into your post.

Go to an image hosting site such as Tinypic or Photobucket. Upload the picture there and gut the IMG code. Copy and paste it into your post.

For photobucket all you have to do is click on a button labeled IMG code with the image code on it, and it copies it for you.
Damn convenient
