Would it be possible to use the blue "jet energy" bar to show something else, i.e. the current HP of the vehicle you are using?

Yes, infact, I could probably give you an addon that does that when I get home.

Would this be compatible with the regular Health Bar by Iban? Or would it overwrite it to the same bar?

I'm in school though, so you'll need to wait like 8 hours. Hope that's not a problem.

Noedit: it uses the blue jet fuel bar. I assume this is for your tdm and that your tdm uses the standard nojet player?

Yes, but what if you were able to put the health bar under Iban's Health bar?

Moving the position of the bar would require a client sided mod.


There is no need to move it, it will be displayed a little above the health bar.

Also, could you make it appear only while inside a vehicle?

The add-on is fine, I just needed you to answer those questions before I continued.

Remember that it more or less assumes everyone will be using the nojet player type, as any time you exit a vehicle you will become a nojet player type.
Other than that, if there are any problems, tell me.

I will be making a new version where the datablock you are changed to when you dismount to be the datablock you were when you mounted, rather than just 'nojet', and I will post it to rtb.

I tested it now, and seems to work, except it shows incorrect values on the vehicle health bar. On Jeep and Biplane (200-300 HP) the bar is to low, while on Magic Carpet (40 HP), the bar is higher than it should be.

Oh stuff, I just assumed all vehicles had 100 max hp.
Well, I guess I can make a new algorithm to fix that.
When are you going to hosting your server with this? (after I fix)
